小５の担任の先生に憧れて小学校教員を目指し、大学卒業後、算数のサポートteacherとして、小学校教員に！
その後、担任として１、２年生を受け持ちました！
教員をしながら、「学校」というところに色々と疑問を持ち、子どもたちともっとのびのび関わりたいと、教員をやめ、家庭教師や放課後補習教室講師、絵本でこてつ(子どものための哲学対話)ファシリテータをしました！
今年から「学校ではやってはいけないことをやっちゃおう」をテーマに団体を立ち上げました！
